Policies and FAQ

Processing time: Our current processing time is approximately between 1-2 weeks. Sometimes we can ship faster and on rare occasions it can take a teensy bit longer.  If you have any questions about the current status of your order send us an email to and please include your order number.

Shipping info:  We ship via the United States Postal Service. All orders will ship via First Class Mail unless Priority Mail is selected as an upgrade at checkout.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Tracking info can take between 24-48 hours to update with USPS. Please make sure you select the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for an incorrect address submitted at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address please contact us asap at and include your order number.
Please Note: if you use Paypal to checkout we can ONLY ship to the confirmed address provided to us by Paypal. Unfortunately we cannot update this after your order has been submitted. Please double check that your address with paypal is up to date.
Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days once USPS has received your item. International orders may take anywhere between 2-8 weeks for delivery. If you have any questions about the status of your order please check with USPS directly at Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply when buying internationally. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges: Please note that all items from Haus of Zoe are made to order and therefore all sales are final. We do not accept any returns unless items are defective. If you receive a defective item please contact us ASAP to and make sure to include your order number.
We gladly accept exchanges if you selected the wrong size. To set up an exchange please contact us within 7 days of delivery to and please include your order number. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be unwashed and unworn. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Care Instructions: Please hand-wash and lay out to dry as often as possible in order to extend the life if your item. Items may be machine washed/dried but may show signs of wear much earlier than if hand-washed. If you prefer to machine wash make sure you use a gently tumble cycle and low heat.

Wholesale availability: Currently we are not offering wholesale.

Our items are not pre-washed to avoid any reactions to detergents and softeners so some shrinkage can occur, please order sizes accordingly. Since we are a 'cut and sew' shop pattern placement WILL vary. Please note all devices are not created equally so there might be a slight difference in colors shown.
